How are characters counted?
We count the total number of input characters submitted for conversion, including spaces and punctuation. 1 million characters is roughly equivalent to a 160,000-word book.
What happens if I go over my 5 million characters on the Pro plan?
If you need more, you can continue converting! Additional characters are billed at the standard Flex rate of $20/million characters.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade from Flex to Pro or switch between monthly/annual Pro billing at any time. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Can I cancel my Pro subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription anytime. You'll retain Pro access until the end of your current paid billing period.
